Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence. Because we sell authentic health, beauty, fragrance, and personal care products, this policy is designed to be fair and flexible for genuine returns while protecting both our customers and our store against fraud and abuse. Please read it carefully — by placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Our Approach
- Changed your mind? If you simply didn't like an item and it comes back to us unused, unopened, and sealed, you're welcome to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies to these returns.
- Used, opened, or tampered with? These items are not eligible for a refund and the return will be declined (see the health & beauty section below).
- Was the problem on our side? If we made a mistake — a damaged, wrong, defective, or not-as-described item — we fully cover it. We'll make it right with a replacement at our cost or a refund. The exact solution is handled case by case so we can give you the best outcome for that specific item.
Return Window
- Change-of-mind returns: You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged, wrong, defective, or not-as-described items: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (see "If There Was a Problem on Our Side" below). This is a separate, faster track because the fault is ours.
Requests made after these windows may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return (Return Authorization Required)
All returns must be authorized by us before you ship anything back.
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Proof of purchase is required.
- For damaged, wrong, or defective items, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and a return authorization (RMA).
- Ship the item back only after you've received authorization.
Items shipped back to us without prior authorization, outside the return window, or without valid proof of purchase may not be refunded or returned to you.
Condition Requirements (Change-of-Mind Returns)
To qualify for a refund (less the 20% restocking fee), a returned item must meet all of the following:
- Unused, unopened, and untampered with
- In its original packaging with all seals, labels, inserts, accessories, and contents included
- Packaging not damaged, marked, taped, altered, or missing components
- No signs of use, testing, swatching, application, installation, or handling beyond standard inspection
- In fully resellable condition, exactly as received
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted change-of-mind returns and is deducted from your refund. This fee is disclosed here and at checkout.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking fee and no return shipping cost applies when the fault is ours (damaged, wrong, defective, or not-as-described items) — we cover those completely.
Health, Beauty, Fragrance & Personal Care Items
For health, beauty, skincare, cosmetic, fragrance, and personal care products, items that have been opened, used, tested, swatched, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrived damaged or was materially different from its listing.
This is a safety and authenticity standard, not a judgment call — once a sealed beauty or fragrance product is opened, it cannot be verified or resold as authentic and sealed.
If There Was a Problem on Our Side
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will make it right and cover the cost. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Because every situation is different, our customer service team will work with you to choose the best resolution for that specific item — which may be a free replacement or a refund. We resolve these individually so you're left with the best available option and your issue is fully solved.
Items Sold in Disclosed Condition (NWOB, Open Box, Tester)
Some items are listed and sold in a specific, clearly disclosed condition — such as New Without Box (NWOB), Open Box, or Tester — or with cosmetic imperfections shown in the listing description and photos. You are buying these items as described in that condition.
These items are eligible for return under our standard change-of-mind terms, as long as they are returned unused and in the same disclosed condition in which they were received (within the 14-day window, subject to the 20% restocking fee). The disclosed condition itself — for example, a missing box or a tester presentation — is not grounds for a return, since it was clearly stated at the time of sale. As always, if such an item arrives damaged or materially different from its listing, we'll cover it on our side.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with (except where damaged or materially different from the listing)
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
Fragrances and other items containing alcohol or aerosols are classified as hazardous materials for shipping and may have return restrictions; we'll provide instructions if such an item is eligible for return.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your returned item passes our inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Fraud Prevention & Seller Protection
All returns are documented during packing and inspection — including serial numbers, batch codes, product identifiers, UPC, security markings, packaging condition, and shipment weight — for fraud prevention and seller protection.
We reserve the right to deny a refund, issue a partial refund, refuse service, or report abuse in situations including, but not limited to:
- The returned item is used, opened, tested, swatched, damaged, altered, or missing parts
- The returned item does not match the original serial number, batch code, UPC, security marking, or identifying information of the shipped product
- The buyer returns a different item, counterfeit item, empty box, or swapped product
- The item is returned without original packaging, or with packaging damaged so the item is non-resellable
- The item is damaged due to improper repackaging by the buyer
- The return contains fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally misleading claims
All returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. If a return is not approved for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. Any attempt to misuse the return system — including item switching or returning non-original merchandise — may be reported to the relevant payment and shipping providers.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe were delivered to a parcel-forwarding or reshipping service.
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
An order confirmation email acknowledges your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel an order — before or after it is placed — for reasons including suspected fraud, stock limitations, or pricing errors.
In the rare event an item is mispriced, we may cancel the order or contact you before shipping. If your payment was already charged for a cancelled order, we will refund that charge to your original payment method.
