The Site is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, for restricting access to your devices, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders.
Authenticity Guarantee
Authenticity is the foundation of our store. All products we sell are genuine and authentic. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we ship. Each item is inspected and documented prior to shipment, including identifying information such as serial numbers, batch codes, and product identifiers.
Independent Reseller & Brand Trademarks
GOODSNYC LLC is an independent reseller. We are not an authorized dealer of, and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by, any of the brands or manufacturers whose products we sell. All brand names, trademarks, logos, and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive and identification purposes only. Any reference to a brand or product name does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by that brand.
All products we sell are genuine and lawfully sourced from trusted suppliers and legitimate channels. We sell authentic products on a resale basis, consistent with the legal principle commonly known as the "first sale doctrine" (or exhaustion), under which the lawful owner of a genuine, trademarked product is entitled to resell that product. Our items are sold in their authentic, unaltered condition as described in each listing.
Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are provided by the manufacturer and not by GOODSNYC LLC.
Products, Descriptions & Condition
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Items may be offered in different conditions — for example New, New Without Box (NWOB), Open Box, or Tester — and the specific condition is clearly disclosed in each listing. By purchasing an item, you acknowledge that you are buying it as described in its listed condition.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content are complete, accurate, current, or error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Colors & Display
We have made every reasonable effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your device and screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the true color of a product.
Pricing & Errors
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than the price listed, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order. If your payment was already charged for a cancelled order, we will refund that charge to your original payment method.
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Your receipt of an order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order, but does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to:
- Limit or refuse the quantity of any item ordered;
- Refuse service or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or stock limitations; and
- Limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed using the same account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.
Verification of order and customer information may be required before we accept an order. Charges to your payment method are processed when your order ships.
Payment
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize us to charge your order total (including taxes and shipping) to that payment method. We do not store full payment card numbers; payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping timeframes, costs, and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy regarding items that arrive damaged, and note that we do not offer replacements or refunds for orders we reasonably believe were delivered to a parcel-forwarding or reshipping service.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.
Beauty Product Disclaimer
We sell cosmetic, fragrance, skincare, and personal care products ("Beauty Products"). The use and selection of Beauty Products requires care. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. You are advised to read and follow all labels, packaging inserts, instructions, and manufacturer directions and warnings, and to be aware that some people may have allergic or other reactions to certain products.
Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only. Beauty Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. Please consult your physician or a qualified health professional regarding any concerns, including allergies or skin sensitivities.
Intellectual Property
All content we create for the Site — including text, graphics, layout, our logo, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of GOODSNYC LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, data-mine, republish, or commercially exploit our Site content without our prior written consent. Brand names, trademarks, and product images belong to their respective owners, as noted above.
Reviews & User Content
You may be able to submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit, and you agree that it will not:
- Be unlawful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
- Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of any third party;
- Be false, deceptive, or misleading;
- Contain viruses or malware; or
- Contain advertising, spam, or commercial or political solicitation.
By submitting User Content, you grant GOODSNYC LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business and the Site. We do not claim ownership of your content, but we may use it as described. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion.
Prohibited Uses
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, use automated tools to scrape or harvest data, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This disclaimer does not affect the authenticity guarantee stated above or any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOODSNYC LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOODSNYC LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and GOODSNYC LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements.
