Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with GOODSNYC LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, what it costs, and what to expect after you place an order. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Every order is inspected and documented before it ships as part of our authenticity and fraud-prevention process. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Please note that certain items — including most fragrances and other hazardous materials — can only be shipped within the United States (see "Fragrance & Hazardous Materials" below).
Shipping Rates
United States
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
- For U.S. orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the package, and paid by the customer.
Canada
- Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. The free-shipping threshold applies to U.S. orders only and does not apply to Canadian orders.
- Canadian orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees (see "Customs, Duties & Taxes" below).
Carriers & Tracking
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is selected based on destination, item type, and shipping method. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates below are in addition to our 1–2 business day processing time and are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier, destination, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days after shipment
- Canada: approximately 7–14 business days after shipment (customs clearance can add time)
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.
Fragrance & Hazardous Materials
Many fragrances, aerosols, and similar products contain alcohol or other flammable components and are classified as hazardous materials (hazmat) for shipping. Because of carrier and regulatory restrictions, these items:
- Ship within the United States only and are not available for shipment to Canada;
- Ship by ground only and are not eligible for air or expedited shipping; and
- May not be deliverable to certain destinations, including some P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
If your order contains a restricted item that cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or to adjust your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)
For orders shipped to Canada, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by your country. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and they are not collected by us. We cannot predict or control these fees. Refusing a shipment due to customs charges may result in the order being returned or abandoned, and any associated costs may be deducted from your refund.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order has been processed and shipped.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address, a missed delivery, or an unclaimed shipment), we will contact you. You may be responsible for reshipment costs to send the order out again. If you prefer a refund instead, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies, including any applicable deductions.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with household members and neighbors and allow 1–2 days, as carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help investigate.
For items that arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, and we'll make it right.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders that tracking confirms were delivered, or for orders we reasonably believe were delivered to a parcel-forwarding or reshipping service.
